🍯 Raw honey needs to be stored in a warm place (at least 75 degrees F) to prolong the normal crystallization process or put in the freezer. If it does crystallize put your jars in a hot water bath on low and let it liquefy slowly.
🍁Pure maple syrup needs to be kept cool, up to 18 months. Sometimes, over time, opened maple will develop a harmless film on top. Take it off and heat it back up!

If your package comes damaged during transit you must send a picture with in three days of delivery for replacements. If you are missing an item in your package you must report it within three days of delivery.
If you ordered late then there may not be time to get you replacements. SO ORDER EARLY

🔖Tags and proofs:

Currently, the lovely 2x2 inch square Kraft tag and 1.5 inch white square hang tag are the only square hang tags we offer.
The rectangle hang tag is available as well.
These tags may be personalized!

Custom tags/labels come with up to 2-3 proofs, every proof after that is $3 each. We recommend you add a message to me with EXACTLY what you want on your custom tag/label along with the image you want on it. You will be sent a proof of the custom tag/label and will need your approval before being sent to print.

*I'm sorry the listings containing the standard little 3/4 inch kraft round sticker label option is NOT customizable as it is free with no extra fee with your honey|maple|candle order.

Requests to cancel an order should be made with in 12 hours of purchase. However, ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED we will cannot refund or cancel unless there's a mistake on our end. We ship orders rather quickly so the sooner the better to cancel an order.
Shipping is of the responsibility of the buyer on any returns or refunds if one has been approved by shop. Approved refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
