When should I order?
I recommend ordering 2-3 weeks before the event. But, read the honey care instructions that are in the package upon receipt and delivery.

BEE INFORMED
Honey Info: This honey is raw and unfiltered. It will not taste like the honey you buy from your typical store! It will crystallize and may develop cloudiness- this is NORMAL and a good sign that indeed it is from the hive to you! It will have specks of the hive in it as it is not filtered. If you want clear, processed, over heated honey, this shop may not be the one for you.

Does this honey expire?
Answer: No, keep the jar’s lid on properly. This honey will not expire. ... Because of the sugar content and low pH of honey, as well as the bees’ honey-making process, organisms that can spoil food won’t survive in honey.

All small glass jars will be individually wrapped with 100% recycled♻, USA made, Green Way® Kraft tissue paper to ensure safer travels during shipment.
🍯 Raw honey needs to be stored in a warm place (at least 75 degrees F) to prolong the normal crystallization process or put in the freezer. If it does crystallize put your jars in a hot water bath on low and let it liquefy slowly.
🍁Pure maple syrup needs to be kept cool, up to 18 months. Sometimes, over time, opened maple will develop a harmless film on top. Take it off and heat it back up!

🔖Tags and proofs:

Currently, the lovely 2x2 inch square Kraft tag and 1.5 inch white square hang tag are the only square hang tags we offer.
The rectangle hang tag is available as well.
These tags may be personalized!

Custom tags/labels come with up to 2-3 proofs, every proof after that is $3 each. We recommend you add a message to me with EXACTLY what you want on your custom tag/label along with the image you want on it. You will be sent a proof of the custom tag/label and will need your approval before being sent to print.

*I'm sorry the listings containing the standard little 3/4 inch kraft round sticker label option is NOT customizable as it is free with no extra fee with your honey|maple|candle order.

Requests to cancel an order should be made with in 12 hours of purchase. However, ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED we will cannot refund or cancel unless there's a mistake on our end. We ship orders rather quickly so the sooner the better to cancel an order.
